RE: coolant loss

When the weather gets colder, it's common to get a few minor leaks, check all hoses and connections, and sometimes its just the cold itself making the level seem lower.

There is a dude on ebay.de named ur1980 that can supply these drilled b5 discs, they are NOT cheap however, you don't need to supply your vin code for this deal though. This was with calipers, he didn't have an auction with just these discs at the moment http://cgi.ebay.de/Original-Audi-RS4-Bremse-H...

EBC only lists these discs but they have never manufactured any, at least not as of late. I've tried contacting EBC in Europe about this and they say excatly what I stated here. They have a P/N but it is not active, trust me on this. The only one that can sell rear front and rear discs beside stock ...

Flexpart for the downpipes

Hi My downpipes flex sections have finally given up and I have a small leak on each downpipe, I'm not looking for more power than I already have, so I just thought I could get 2 flexparts and then just cut the old ones out and weld the new ones to the downpipe, any suggestions if this is a good or b...

Meyle control arm kit

Hi! I'm going to replace all of my control arms (the whole front end) and my question is , if you know any distributors in the uk of these Meyle kits? They are NOT cheap in Sweden and I usually get a better price buying abroad. Any help would be appreciated, I got a pretty good deal on "Lemförders"...

RE: mrc.

Engine wear is no more if you drive it normally, only when you give it 100% is the engine taking more toll than usual. No difference in every day driving.

Okay, my local supplier says that you have to use a special tool to fit their LUK clutch, their P/N is 05-400007210, maybe they are mistaken or do they still sell the older part? Seems like a risk so I'm getting it from you Virdee, just have to finish up my list of complete parts needed. Not that it...

So the new LUK unit is just bolt-on, no SAC on it so I need a special tool or anything? That was the only reason (and price wise) why I wanted to go with Sachs, but Virdee could hook me up with a good price for the Luk unit.

Not really, mine is really strong, I can go from 1500 rpm in 6th gear without any hassle. I've heard several ppl going up to 470-480 hp with stock clutch

Yes but that is the uprated version (atleast the clutch not sure about the PP)

I'm looking for the stock counterpart of LUK / Sachs. I'm not going up more than tuning chip and maybe gutted precats

Yes the Supra was sold b/c we started a small family me and my GF, and the S6 was sold to her brother , and this was a good deal so I took it. Happy with the car except that I broke the tranny, but that's user abuse :) (handhavande) :D
