300 miles to a tank!!!!!

The most I get is about 230 miles and was really pleased the other day with 260 miles.

The WR1 I had before was marginally better so I do not think it will be a major shock to the system.

Just renewed with Elephant. £745 with after market exhaust and ecu upgrade (10% power increase) on a multi car policy, about £872 without the multicar. History - 3 points SP50 May 08 and £3500 insurance claim Feb 09. 35 yrs young..............

Most people keep the key in their house, so in order for the scumbags to get the key they have to break in. Hopefully you are not asleep when this happens. Rather than spend the money on a tracker you could look into purchasing a decent gap insurance which will pay out the difference between the invoice price of your pride and joy and the amount paid to you by the other scumbags in the mix, the insurance companies and their fateful MARKET VALUE FIGURE....

Also look at mtrack. You can log onto their website and see where your vehicle is live. Updates every 5 mins on the location. You can also lock in GSP location e.g garage and if the vehicle moves outisde of this parameter you are advised.

My insurance is due soon and have been playing around with confused.com with the modifications etc. From the standard car to modded (remap+exhaust) Elephant.co.uk only went up £170 pa.

Tonbridge Audi have been very helpful with a recurring EPC light problem/lack of kick at 5500rpm. Just got her back yesterday after hopefully the final fix. So Audi have admitted the fault and will cover the issue for 5 years. What happens after that? If you continue your Audi warranty you are OK but with other warranties e.g Warranty Direct. Will they cover an item that is known to be at fault?
