Yeah, the problem is that all the 505.01 spec I can find is for diesel engines. 507.00 supercedes 505.01 in theory, but that's still a diesel oil. Just curious, did any C5 RS6 come with the aero wipers? Mine has them, but then again I'm a second owner.

You want to make sure it is 505.01 spec.

I just ordered Amsoil for a change instead of the the factory oil. My dealer tried to sell me some new stuff since the Castrol TXT has been discontinued, and passing it off as " what they have always used"....

if you can take a look under the car with the belly pan off. If you see coolant dripping out from the transmission its coming from the secondary water pump. Mine had me stumped on where my colant leak was until I took off the manifold and discovered it failed. Somehow it drains down the tranny.

mine is spot on till about 100mph, then it starts to lose accuracy.

Have a little poll I'd like to run guys, about the MTM TCU, or any quality TCU for that matter.

Does the TCU map help the TC last longer since it locks up the TC earlier, or does it do nothing for protection, or is it harmful for the TC?

Barbaric, but we tried everything else, I never want to mess with them again! 4 hours spent removing those two pipe...
