Wanted- B5 RS4

I'm looking for a B5 RS4- I have a budget of around 15k. I had the perfect candidate lined up but that looks to have fallen through so i'm on the hunt again. I've been watching the usual haunts but thought i'd be proactive and post a want ad. The 'snap your arm off' spec would be black with black le...

RE: Test Drive/one day Insurance for modified cars

no, private seller. I've found plenty of people who offer single day insurance (at a price!) but none of these vendors will cover modded cars

Test Drive/one day Insurance for modified cars

Anybody got any tips on where to obtain insurance for test drives in modified cars? My current insurer will not do this, and my policy only provides third party cover for someone else's car.

Cheers

This one's got the badge on the right: http://www2.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/200903327100723 I assumed they all had them on the left? Its stupid I know but it was the only thing that put me off going to have a look- just the tinyest doubt that if it has had whack and they can't even put the...

I'm not brave enough to go for the accident damaged one! I had a friend who bought a damaged 996 for what he thought was a good price, but by the time he fixed it to a decent standard he'd near enough spent what he would of on a undamaged one. He's also got the stigma of a Cat D car to get round whe...

Its not a waste- if you didn't spend it on the car you'd only find yourself frittering it away on luxuries like food and heat.

I guess you never make money on a car, but after watching a mate lose £15k in 7 months on a 2nd hand Cayenne i'm thinking the B5 looks almost like an investment!

Cheers
