In the glovebox to the left has a charging dock which I think is more like an HDMI socket.
When new, my RS4 came with a bunch of leads which you can then add a USB or other leads to that!
Or its just the use of the 12v socket in the armrest

Personally though I feel these cars will start to appreciate soon, being the last of the V8s, all be it S Tronic.

As always its mainly down to the spec and colour that demand a greater price,
unless you part ex at a dealers and they will gladly tell you that the spec puts no money on top of a part ex price!!

The £60 is to diagnose the fault which should then be taken off the bill if you chose to have the work completed by them. Even if its showing a warning light on the dash you can still guaranty that Audi will want to charge you for the diagnosis! A weeping shock on the DRC can in time just fail even ...

Hopefully you'll both get to the bottom of this and resolved at not too great a cost and get back to enjoying a fantastic car.

Good to hear the replacement suspension is up to the job and theres a decent alternative to the DRC

Surging can be down to a contaminated clutch, where one of the seals breaks down and lets fluid in!
This seems to come up a lot with those symptoms you're describing.
Just another route to eliminate.

Had a footwell leak caused by Audi over greasing the sunroof and blocking the drain hole! (should never of had that serviced!) Are you certain its definitely not those drain holes? No problem.
Compared to BMW and Mercs, Audis are quieter in general even with the sports exhaust,
still, id want the sports exhaust for that bit more noise than standard!

Hope it gets rectified

Would probably help your case if you got clarification from Audi themselves
