RE: Anyone doing Goodwood FOS this year?..

Don't mind the camping bit but the que for the communal shower (and I mean shower not showers) was not pleasant especially as I was about number 34 in a que of around 50 people... Booked a travel lodge this time round, don't think the wiff would be ha...

Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: Gearbox on the way out??? :-

Well that is what I believed too hence why it was quite a shock to hear that he had removed/refitted it - especially now as you say the seal I mentioned can only be accessed by removeing the GB. So, is it definately not possible or is it just better/easier to remove all of it in one lump. Can it no...

jd: thanks for the tip. I used that 75X terminal and it works like a charm  Everything is now plumbed in and completely invisible. No more wires everywhere; I'm very pleased. I put the antenna behind the bonnet grill just inside the bumper. Invisible when the bonnet is closed and sees the s...

Re: RE: Re: RE: cheapest RS6 ever ??

Just a small point guys, I know that these cars have a huge intrinsic value. I realise that nobody wants to see one of these in the hands of a 17yo essex boy complete with baseball cap (incorrectly fitted.....lol), with flouresant lights on the sills, and a couple of spot lights bolted to the bumpe...

Re: RE: Going to try my new GPS transmitter

OK, that went better than I would ever have hoped for. I was steeling myself for disappointment, but it really works well. For the first time in the RS6 I didn't have to hold my tomtom out the window to get a signal. I am really pleased and will now proceed to fill my car with GPS devices :) My tom...

RE: weird light on dashboard and I

Had this with mine also but for me it was the wires on the rear control bar thingy were they come out of the metal sleeve they are exposed for about 5cm to the connector plug - wires were slightly nicked.. Had an issue with mine, kept getting a warning on the dash. The wires as below had a nick in them which caused an intermittent fault?!.. Had to have a really good look to spot..
