Re: HELP PLEASE

Too much oil? Whip a plug out for a look or take the hose off the MAF and look what state it's in inside.

Could just be the MAF failed as a coincidence or it got knocked. When you unplug the MAF it kicks back to lambda regulation, like a back up plan.

But yeah. Scan if first

Re: Fuel consumption

I filled up, I drove from Exeter to MRC, 190 miles. Used nearly a full tank. Filled up at Tesco near MRC, re-mapped and drove home, filled up again when back in Exeter as it was low. Call it 400 miles, 2 tanks of fuel. Haha I get 13 mpg around town Ps 657 miles on 63 ltrs is 47mpg which is mental ha...

Re: Leather retrim

Mega bucks. Save a search alert on eBay for a black set or 'B6 S4 Breaking' and you'll get an email whenever one gets listed. It'll work out a fraction of the cost. I'd say you'd be looking at £1k just for the comparable quality leather, before labour costs. My Dad had a wingback chair retrimmed in ...

Re: New discs

Can't remember now, it was years ago. Not much more than OE with a discount code I found on google. I think Eurocarparts do them now though or a decent price and maybe club discount?

Re: New discs

I'd only go for 'drilled' if they are cast with the holes, not physically drilled like most.

I just got OEs from TPS and EBC Yellow pads to reduce the dust

Re: Stolen S4, recovered, and now wing mirrors ripped off

They cost a fortune from the dealers so they are a soft target and easy to shift.

Shame they aren't electrified when the alarm is armed
