Contact www.eurococ.eu to get a European Type Approval Certificate (Homologation certificate / Certificate of Conformity). This should put you in good stead. I think these should be lcated close to the normal VIN/Chasis plate under the bonnet or the numbering may appear on the same plate .... this photo from a 2003 NZ RS6 is under the bonnet just in front of the driver. I'm hoping either your VIN sticker/plate has more info on it OR there is another stic...
