Hi guys I've picked up a C5 A6 4.2 as an engine donor for my B5 A4. From what i remember, the hazard wiring is just a case of matching up color for color the wires between the old and new looms, iirc you have one wire left over but that doesnt matter. The fogs need a relay from the facelift A4 can signal isnt required afaik, you need to connect a live to a certain p...

imo if you've got a tig welder etc then there will be no problem at all with making it fit. From what ive heard, some fit perfectly and others dont, i presume they must have two different jigs, and ones not quite right... but if you've got the tools to correct any alignment issues then i'd go for it...
