They're probably enough to stop you once from high speed, but totally unsuitable for spirited driving...

Re: Anyone know anything about the W12 A8s?

In my manual it says "For technical reasons, your vehicle must not be tow-started". I'd go further and say that it *can't* be tow started. Once the ATF pressure has dropped there's just no coupling between the engine from the box. I tried it in my Rangey for a laugh. If I drop it into N when driving...

Re: Anyone know anything about the W12 A8s?

My M3 start decided to fail when about to roll off the ferry. Massive queue of cars behind me and nothing but click, click, click. Thankfully it caught eventually. At least with a manual you can push start it.

Unlucky. They usually give hints that they're going to fail.

Re: TA Technix Intercoolers

Yeah, there's no performance gain that I was able to measure from the Wagners. Probably a different story if you've got a more feisty engine developing more power. I bought them for reliability to get rid of the OE Swiss cheese version.

Re: TA Technix Intercoolers

I like the OE foglight and grills. That's what I use with my Waggers.

You can also get some pretty hair-raising bills with things like E63 AMGs or R8s...

Don't forget the Ireland is in the EU and Audi Tradition will ship there. They won't ship to the UK. There are third party places like Deutsche Parts (IIRC) that can source for you for a nominal fee. steve2003rs6 can explain more. He uses them.
