Don't forget the Ireland is in the EU and Audi Tradition will ship there. They won't ship to the UK. There are third party places like Deutsche Parts (IIRC) that can source for you for a nominal fee. steve2003rs6 can explain more. He uses them.

Re: Sanity check needed
Why don’t you contact Matt and have a look at his close up. It’s not too far if you’re London way.

Re: Sanity check needed
Thought so. But sometimes you get people posting on the C5 forum looking for info on the C6. They are great cars. But I fear you might be disappointed coming from a V10 R8 in terms of face-melting performance. They’re still quick, obviously. But not in the brutal way the R8 V10 is. I personally have...

Re: Slow/stiff steering
Sounds like the pump is failing. You could check the fluid level and maybe flush to see if there's evidence of swarf.

Re: 2003 RS6 engine issues...
I bought some Bosch remanufactured MAFs once. They were pretty reasonably priced and everything was new except for the the body.

I would probably replace the MAFs, DV and N75, and all the vac hoses. Belt and braces.

Re: 2003 RS6 engine issues...
There's nothing that jumps out wildly. Couple of things: Your MAF readings are a bit low. You should be getting close to 200g/s per bank on WOT. Might be tired MAFs. But also, your accelerator position doesn't go to 100% on WOT. Might explain why. Or maybe you've still got a small leak around the MA...

Re: 2003 RS6 engine issues...
That's a pretty encouraging result. Yeah, loose spark plugs would definitely cause issues. Did you order the correct NGK plugs? It's important on this car. The engine load % isn't useful. It can (and often does) go above 100% on a stock map. I don't know what the ECU strategy is for the load so let'...
