Yeah, I'm pretty sure all those cheap ones (Brembo, Mintex, Ferodo) come out of the same Federal Mogul factory made from various floor sweepings. I set fire to mine when I was trying to bed them in. They're probably enough to stop you once from high speed, but totally unsuitable for spirited driving...

In my manual it says "For technical reasons, your vehicle must not be tow-started". I'd go further and say that it *can't* be tow started. Once the ATF pressure has dropped there's just no coupling between the engine from the box. I tried it in my Rangey for a laugh. If I drop it into N when driving...

My M3 start decided to fail when about to roll off the ferry. Massive queue of cars behind me and nothing but click, click, click. Thankfully it caught eventually. At least with a manual you can push start it.

Yeah, there's no performance gain that I was able to measure from the Wagners. Probably a different story if you've got a more feisty engine developing more power. I bought them for reliability to get rid of the OE Swiss cheese version.

Don't forget the Ireland is in the EU and Audi Tradition will ship there. They won't ship to the UK. There are third party places like Deutsche Parts (IIRC) that can source for you for a nominal fee. steve2003rs6 can explain more. He uses them.
