RS6 (C5) Complete cambelt kit

Hi everybody,

I have a complete cambelt kit for a C5 RS6 that I no longer need as I have sold mine.

Included are a new water pump and thermostat

This would set you back £415 from the dealer.

£300 delivered

Re: Missing Sensor cover

I am planning on replacing mine over the next couple of weeks. As a fellow RS6 owner and a fellow Simon I'm sure I can spare you an old cover. I'll let you know when the work is done.

Slimmy.

The tree is very good, increases traction at the rear whilst offsetting my carbon dioxide emissions...... slightly  The yellow cube is amazing, but it's purpose is top secret, and I would have to kill you if I told you what it did ;) I was talking to one of my friends about whether I should tin...

I know, I'm a qualified automotive technician aswell

I think my car just didn't want it done, it battled me and my friends (who did most of the work after I broke my finger!) at every opportunity!

it took me 2 days to fit mine! I did have a load of seized bolts and sheared one of them which is what took the time. And I broke my finger trying to split a ball joint. That slowed me down a bit .

RE: Cold start diagnosis

I had similar issues with my car when the airbox wasn't seated properly. Make sure it is sealed properly where it sits in the inlet manifold. You can confirm if it is the mafs at fault by disconnecting them. When they are disconnected the car will run a basic map, and should run ok if it is the mafs...

Well I guess you could just check that the clamps are done up tightly. The bottom clamps are fairly straight forward to get at. You will need to get the car up on stands and get the undertray off, you should then see where the hoses clamp to the intercoolers. Top hoses are a bit more fiddly than the...
