I recently fitted the RS4 Sport Wheel from PPI Design www.ppidesign.com (They make all the factory carbon stuff for the R8). It uses the base wheel and then is completely recovered.
I have the silver parts resprayed to match the titanium wheels.
Awesome Wheel.

OK In the past two months I have had standard; milltek no-res no valves; milltek res & valves. Just for the record I have Milltek 200 cell cats, Gruppe M and Revo.
