3rd Party Suspension kit

Has anybody replaced the OEM suspension and installed the a 3 party kit? I will most likely ditch the sport suspension as it is in my view to stiff - in particular for family salon. I can either replace with normal RS4 kit or get a more bestoked solution. I assuming that would also address the DRC i...

I got a quote of 2,340 Euros for 2 years from the AUDI AG. But will not take it. No annual milage limit, etc. As DRC is not covered and the car is only on 14000km dont think a engine failure will occur, i hoep. Hence i passed...

RE: DRC / shock warranty

Sent a nice letter to Audi on the matter. But unfortunatley no warranty extension in Germany. Oh well should it brake it would be an easy thing to reference the UK unless UK cars are inferior to German versions...

DRC Issue - what is there to know?

Hi I am trying to get caught on the DRC issue on this thread. What is the issue and what are the steps to be taken. Although I am in Germany now this should not be a UK issue I assume.

What are the concessions from AUdi UK so I can try to secure the same here in GErmany.

Thanks

Oil Consumption

I have now owned the car for 6000 km. it had been serviced before I got it. Since then I had to refill the oil 2x. Is that normal for this car. Compared to my GT3 it is a lot...

Germany.

Perhaps not but you still have to ensure that both suspensions are in similar shape, etc...

If anyone wants to make the trip over or send the parts then I would consider it I guess

RE: suspension plus 2!!!!

I have an Avant with 12 tkm on it. Swap is a good theory but difficult in praxis. that said I would consider selling the dampers and springs after the fact if I end up doing it.

Brakes

My car now has about 12,000 km and the front breaks have started to squeek. Can it be the pads already need changing?

What pads are people using these days?

Suspension Plus

Hi, my car has the sport suspension plus package which makes the driving of the car very hard, almost same as my GT3. Given that I drive the car mainly with my wife and child I am looking to change back to the standard suspension. Either I just change the dampers or also get different springs. Any e...
