In my opinion, it wasn't strecthed too much. It didn't look like a "german style stretch". Here is a photo of it.

I had 10 x 19" ET 10 wheels with 265/30 tires, and those were very good to drive! Only bad thing was that those were a bit too wide, and touched a wheel arch.

Did you had to modify the wiring, or is there a plug and play version available? How does the DBW, dual EGT and knock sensors work, does it support those?

I have installed it. I changed the old airbag connector to new one, and connected both airbags together. I don't remember how I connected the horn, but I'm sure that it's not difficult.

RE: KO4 upgrade
I think that most of the people haven't change internals, and motor has been working ok without failures. But I know that some people have broken rods with K04's.
So, with reasonable power (I would say less than 450 hp), and good tune you are just fine.

RE: Single-Mass Flywheel Conversion
No problem :) I have used Fidanza flywheel and Clutch masters stage4 8 puck clutch (sprung hub). It is very easy to use, it grabs little stronger than original but not badly. Flywheel doesn't make any chatter when idling. It chatters when driving under ~1800-2000 rpm if you "use the force" ;) Over t...

RE: S4 thermostat replacement
Yes you can take the thermostat out without removing the belt! It just need some tricks ;) Turn the engine while same time pulling the belt away from the motor so it comes almost off from the right belt pulley. Then you have enough space to get the thermostat housing off. I have done it once like th...

You won't be able to do that as the bolt isn't threaded all the way I know that the bolt isn't threaded all the way, that's why I said that you have to put washers und...
