In the end they're trying to replace the f....ing hose pipe and during the process I was told that the cost would have been around 600 euro and that they wouldn't cover it.

Anything you guys have in writing that could help....it's a factory defect, isn't it?

yep. I did and after few miles come up again. however as you said nothing really important.
