In the end they're trying to replace the f....ing hose pipe and during the process I was told that the cost would have been around 600 euro and that they wouldn't cover it.

Anything you guys have in writing that could help....it's a factory defect, isn't it?

Mine, @ 36k is putting me in trouble!!!
All of a sudden, car's stuck, gears just can't work...no way.
Isn't too early without any f...notice?

The only sympton I have when i turn it on "immediately". It takes a while and the EPC light remain on for a couple of minutes; the engine runs in fits and starts.
