Have they ever had child seats fitted? I'm looking at an RS4 which has big dents in the back seat bolster from having a baby seat on it, so could be interested if I do get the car.

Can anyone please point me at a buyers guide for the B7 RS4? I thought there was one on here somewhere but I've had a look and can't find one.

Don't know if you've sorted this out already but when I had a problem with the speedo on mine it was due to a sensor in the gearbox being loose. In my case it would work when the car was cold and then stop working after about 10 minutes. It also affected the odometer, as it would record about 2 mile...

Price now reduced to £28k...

Why not buy mine instead? It's done 26000 miles less and is only a few grand more

I've decided to try and sell the car privately rather than trade in, so I've still got it if anyone is interested. Also, I forgot to put in the original post, it's a 2001 Y reg model. This is a bargain at this price, people!

Well, Mitchell from Revo came over yesterday and it's now all sorted

The main problem was a bad MAF which was reading very low. Fitted a new sensor, courtesy of Bushy (cheers mate!) and Mitch made some tweaks to the program, and it's all super smooth and speedy again!

..spotted near Reading services going Eastbound. I was in the middle lane, then it went past at quite a clip so I felt obliged to catch up. Gave it a quick flash of the lights as I left at J11.

I ain't got no warranty!

I got the Toyos in the end. I did call Elite but I got them slightly cheaper from Top Gear Tyres, plus they're nearer work.

Shame the new wheels didn't come with centre caps though, it looks a bit odd with the old ones stuck on as they're a bit scuffed. Anyone know how much a new set is?

Pilot Sport 2s sound nice but they're £60 a corner more. Seems a bit of a waste when I probably won't be keeping the car very long.

It was at Dialynx last week and they turned the boost down about 10% from what it was, and the misfire is worse if anything.
