6 days in and Phantom Black has a commanding lead and Daytona Grey has sneaked back up into 2nd place. 84 B7 RS4 owners in one place, who knew! -1 as I'm located across the globe in Canada BUT I recognize the same monarchy and apparently share a <sarcasm> "rather common" </sarcasm> horological tast...

MEV, Do you have any pics of your daytona grey with black optics? I have a Daytona grey one as well and I've been very interested in changing to black optics, but never found a good image to compare to AND your avatar is a bit small to notice anything... Is anyone familiar with the titanium package ...

RE: Re: RE: Wheels - opinions!

The HRE M40's are popular this side of the pond. VMR ( http://www.vmrwheels.com ) make a cost effective "replica" called the v710. http://media.photobucket.com/image/vmr%20v710%20audi%20b7/VMR-Wheels/V710_wm.jpg Considering the huge price difference between the two, the VMR's are what I'm getting ne...

I used a combination of NEVR Dull and then mothers metal polish. Made a huge difference and it's quite durable. All I have to do is wipe the tips down during a wash and they're nice again.

Dankone, What kind of mileage do you have on your car? I have around 32k KM's on mine and my rear rotors and pads are just fine. If I were you, I'd take it for a second opinion. hopefully you'll only need to swap out the front rotors and pads. if you're in the US you have a number of good options as...

PetrolDave has already alluded to this, POON, are you sure that you have a 2GB SD card and not SDHC? If I recall correctly, 2GB cards were the sweetspot for SD and SDHC variants with both versions being readily available so you could easily have picked up a SDHC version which will not work. Also spe...

RE: DIS Question...

Thanks Dom. I'll give it a go and see if it changes anything. Another question. Has anyone changed their keyfob battery found that it no longer works and had to get it rekeyed to the car from the dealership? I've been told that this happens randomly (which is rather silly) and want to make sure befo...

DIS Question...

I had my DIS changed from imperial to metric from my dealer when I imported my car from USA to Canada. Just today however, my DIS reverted just the temp from celsius to farenheit (my fuel consumption has stayed at L/100Km and gallon/mile). The only thing I can think of is that I used my other key fo...

Suggestions for Extreme Cold running.

Hi all, First post in this forum. I have a 2007 Daytona Grey beauty and it's her first winter up in Canada. We've just hit -30 C temps and I was wondering if anyone here has any tips or suggestions on how to keep her in tip top shape during our dreadfully cold winter. Thanks in advance for your inpu...
