Say it aint so (DRC?)

I have noticed my car is starting to tramline on ocassions and also feels a bit 'boaty' on other ocassions. It is very intermittent and not very pronounced but would appreciated any comments as to whether this is the dreaded DRC ? I have not noticed any knocking from either the front or the rear but...

Tis a tad concerning that it only appears to be in the last few weeks we've had a load of DRC problems & yet none i can recall before then. May be a good time to take stock of detail to pass across to Audi, as Phil did with the RS6 failures. .....I think it would be a waste of time as I believe Phi...

I have an B6 S4 at the moment but am thinking of changing up to an RS. The question I have is for people that have done what I'm thing of, was it worth it?

Thanks in advance
Given your moniker I assume the question is rhetorical !

Any particular reason why you want to sell ? Just curious as recently bought a cab myself and very pleased with it thus far. 7500 is a lot of mileage in 3 months........

Re: RE: Re: RE: 18 inch Wheels and tyres

Wimbledon ...do all driving wheels need to have chains,or just two... From memory its just two of them - pretty sure I had them on the front two. I recall the handbook gives the details as the Euro RS6's all come with the 18inch wheels as standard and hence reason UK owners initially believe chains...

Re: Is any ones car a little hesitant at constant revs?

When cold my car seems a little hesitant in that i can travel along at about 20/30mph with my foot on the throttle in one place and it hesitates and feels as though its missing a bit. When its warm it still happens but not as noticeable. I had this some time ago with an old r32 I had and they had a...

18 inch Wheels and tyres

Having sold my RS6 I will shortly be offering a set of wheels for sale (in the appropriate forum and elsewhere) - these were purchased by me to enable fitting of snow chains when I took the car to the Alps. The standard 19 inch wheels dont accept chains.... I have found this forum extremely useful d...
