Re: Wanted RS4 B7 Avant ** low miles and owners **

Daytona Grey and Sprint Blue cars are the most desirable colours right now and the right calibre of car is fetching premium prices. The B7 RS4 is starting to be touted as future classic and collectable car - i.e. low mileage, low owner, FASH and high spec cars in desirable colours are priced with t...

Re: Wanted RS4 B7 Avant ** low miles and owners **

^^^ this. Condition, history and mileage will have more of an impact on price/disirability than the number of Keepers on a V5 which will just live in your filing system. Indeed you are right in normal circumstances but for 28500 you are not talking normal. That is an exceptional price and as such w...

Re: Wanted RS4 B7 Avant ** low miles and owners **

I owned that one and sold it to Lawton Brook 18 months ago when it had 24k miles on it. I was the second owner, the first owner had owned it from new and it was a beautiful example with lots of Audi history. Well worth a look if the colour suits. So, it will have 3 owners now and I would be the for...

Re: Wanted RS4 B7 Avant ** low miles and owners **

One thing to bare in mind is that rear legroom is rather tight with Bucket Seats, so an older child might be giving you endless grief on long journeys. Have you seen this one, you could retrofit Bucket seats if that was a deal breaker? http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201604062690008 A...

Saloons are just as nice, and it's 'sorted':

Re: Wanted RS4 B7 Avant ** low miles and owners **

I disagree about the owners. From my experience people tend to treat new cars better. When they've had a car for a while they stop treating it as well so lots of owners means they've had lots of people treating it just like the day they bought it, like a honeymoon period. Oddly, I've had my RS4 for...

I know its restrictive, I will take a 2 owner i.e. 1 previous. If I cannot get what I want that I might have to re-think but am prepared to pay for the right history.

Re: Wanted RS4 B7 Avant ** low miles and owners **

How about this one? A few more miles but condition looks good: http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/audi/rs4/audi-a4-b7-rs4-quattro-2007/5521146?v=b# Looks great but for the mileage and owners its too much when compared with others e.g. that black 1 owner with 48000 miles thats 24999 in...

Nogaro Blue wasn't an option for the B7 RS4 and would have to of been an Exclusive order, don't think I've even seen a picture of a Nogaro Blue B7 RS4.

Sorry yes!! Sprint Blue

Re: Battery drain??

Been using her for the past couple of days, long runs etc. Went to take her out this morning and the battery was flat. Audi Assistance came out (RAC chap) very thorough and helpful. Battery was 11.4 volts so he jump started her. Alternator, battery all ok but he said there was a 0.6amp drain on the...

Re: RE: My very first boost charts...

Cool, thanks. Someone told me that the requested boost should be around 2 bar, but that sounds like a lot to me. I thought 1.8 was more the norm for standard cars. STB boost is around 0.6~0.7Bar on a STD RS6 and stage 1 modified is around 1~1.1Bar. You have peak at around 0.75Bar from your plot. My...
