Re: Brakes - do front B7 discs work with B5 calipers
You can fit 18Z brembo 6-pots (good enough for Cayennes/Touareg/Q7 tanks) with ML55 AMG disks for about £600.....99% as good as B7. I actually swapped B7 out for this set-up and it feels better through the pedal. The discs were £90 and the Ferodo Premier pads were £58. Avoid the RS tax completely......

Nice shots and looks like a great turn-out.
What were the arse-engined slot cars (aka 911s) doing there?
What did you think of the new RS4?

That looks like it's in really nice condition/spec. Black Optics would have had me in really big trouble.

Re: Looking for my first B5 RS4
Just be careful; the engines are bomb-proof if looked after properly, although the camshafts can wear even then.....but some have gone to 185,000 miles+ Also, there have been clocked cars about - check the forums carefully for warnings on cars, or even about a car you're interested in beforehand. Th...

Re: Is it really worth that??
Certainly thick money, but as you say looks like a (very) good one. However, we all know how good Audi dealers are at servicing these things.... B7s are plummeting in value, which has to have an effect on B5s (despite the limited numbers). Let's face it, most people will go for the newer model (even...

Hi Adam,
I'm interested in the instrument cluster. Are there any missing pixels in the DIS? Price for that please?

Re: Suspension
Hi Guys, As an ex RS2 owner/lover I know how firm the car was. I now have a B5 RS4, which had similar problems (plus cracked rear springs) to yours and I replaced the complete suspension with a Bilstein/Eibach B12 Kit, which comprises B6/B8 Bilstein dampers, plus matched Eibach springs. The ride is ...

Great choice of colour; classy.
Blue (and green) RS-es are for the - shall we say - subtler look and all the better for it in my opinion.

Re: 2007 B7 Rs4 Avant 600bhp Supercharged
But the RS6 weighs more than the moon....!
The beauty of this is it's got RS6 power (B7 RS4 never had enough imo) and a lot less lard.
I've never bought a car thinking how much someone else will pay for it later - what's the point of that?
