i have the same set up...
H&R springs with A4 Springplate to make it a little more lower at the front and 15mm spacers with standard 18inch wheels...
it rubs the top of the wheel arch when the car bounces...

i use V-POWER 100, BP 98. MIGROL 98 or ESSO 98 but never 95... i surely feel the difference between 95 and 100...
but 98 and 100 are the same for me... i live in Zürich.. :beerchug: wilkomen in der schweiz.

In my experience, a faulty thermostat will allow water temp to reach 90C when idling in traffic. But when up to speed again will start to drop. just had the big service done with my car by RS-Werkstatt. timingbelt, waterpump, thermostat and so on..... it has 114'650km(71.24miles)on the clock... and had my cams checked, and had a 100% clear of cam wear... it has been longlife serviced all its life.. just for your info... :D just one of the l...

Just the top mounts on the front suspension only. All the lower suspension bushes were checked both at the recent MOT and also by Unit 20 at the time of swapping the suspension, and were fine. The top mounts were shot, as they had split which means you hear a clunking going over bumps. hi, did you ...

hi guys

just an update... may navi is now recieving 6 satelites... :D

i fixed it by disconnecting and then reconnecting all the wires on the antenna modul
and wiggled the gps antenna wire.. then it was fixed...
so something was just loose somewhere...

i had this problem to when i got my RS4-B5.
i just give the car good momentum in every gear and a smooth release on the clutch...
its fine now...
i usually give the 1st gear till 3000Rpm before i change to 2nd when driving slow... hope that helps you...
