I found the part number for the K&N panel filter, just in case anyone runs into the same doubt...: 33-2125

I'm looking for the proper details to buy one, i.e K&N part number. I have searched but just found general references. I can buy it in the US or here in Europe. If in the US, I know how to order (if it's the same as that for the S4).

This is probably more noticeable when you have cruise control on, if I understand what you're describing. With autopilot when the car accelerates and lets off the shifter will move back (decelerating) and forward (accelerating). I'd say it is normal.

I've already searched for pads in the forum, read for a couple of hours, and the suggestions for VAGParts or others don't show pads for the B5 RS4...or I don't know how to search... Please let me know on-line details of where I can get pads (front & back) as I already have the light on and definitel...

You can also look into VAD (http://www.vadmobile.com/index.htm). If you have a PDA (plus proper cable) you're set. Ross is a good option as well as mentioned by Paul; it is indeed the best money you can spend.

Sportec garage may be an option. They're close to the airport. I have VAG but cannot check anything else. I just use it for peace of mind before I take it to the garage...to avoid 'misscomunication'...

I could not have described it better: "Atomic Clock".

There is generaly a small antena graphic to the left of the clock indicating time sync via GPS. Does it appear ocasionaly or all the time? I ask because I recall seeing it quite frequently and now it's gone.
