ABS and Traction Control Lights
Orange ABS and Traction Control symbols coming on for no reason? Normally after 30+ mins of motorway driving. Brakes seem to be ok. Any ideas?

winter tyres
I live around 1000m in the Swiss alps and change to winter wheels and tyres on my S4 Avant every November. The wheels are 16" and the tyres are Gislaved. Makes a big difference in the snow with the softer compound and deeper tread.

Tune Up
Aside from tuning the car to increase it's power, what's the best kind of regular tuning to have done on a standard S4 (2000). I don't want to increase it's power (yet) but I do want to make sure that I'm getting the most out of the car. Is it a once a year thing that you would get done when you ser...

David T, it's the amount of roll I'm try to sort out and higher speed stability. Thanks for all your info. Dampers and ARB's then. As others have said, whatever you put on will be a huge improvement over the standard stuff. Can you give me some names of dampers and ARB's that you would recommend. T...

RE: Improving Handling
Thanks for the info,
No, I don't want to lower the car at all as I live in the Swiss Alps and do need the clearance on the car. So what's the best way to improve handling without lowering or putting special tyres on. Stiffer springs,

Improving Handling
What's the first step I can take to improving my S4's handling. Is it possible without lowering the height of the car?
Please keep the answer simple as I know very little!

Long Life Servicing
Bought my 2000 S4 second hand. It has had two long life services and one normal one. The next service is due soon. Which is the best one to go for, long life or normal. I assume any garage can do the work. The car's done 83,000 km.
Thanks

Water Temp Guage
The water temp on my S4 Avant goes up normally when I start driving. Is it normal for it to go right back down again even during a long motorway journey or hard driving? Oil temp goes up as normal.

Tyre Choice
I know this subject has been talked to death but I'd appreciate an answer. I'm trying to decide on Pirelli Zero Nero's, Michelin Pilot Sports PS2, and Bridgestone RE 040's. Which is the best one to go for on an S4?
Thanks
