i know it wont mate,i had 2get it home tho,i couldn't leave it where it went.its been sat on ma drive since saturday.its bein picked up tomorrow on a trailer and gettin sorted.
u still got an s3 then?

its still driveable,its not stuck in any gear thers just no 1st or 2nd,i had to set off in 3rd to get it home.am in manchester. i dont fancy payin £800 to get it sorted!

i was just driving along and slowed down for sum traffic lights as i put it in 2nd and let the clutch out and it was like its in neutral and thats the same in 1st,but iv still got 3rd,4th,5th,6th and reverse,does any1 no what the problem is and do i need a new gear box?

does any1 know if the s3 225bhp has a limited slip diff?

am looking to buy an s3 and dont know what the commons faults to look out for are? ive had a look at a few and the best 1 ive seen is on an 02 plate,but just recently had a 4 wheel drive diff fitted,is that a good thing or bad??
