That sounds lovely, but I need lhd. I did spot a lovely midnight blue example with 73,000 km for sale at MCP for £16k. This would almost certainly be the same car I phoned Italy about repeatedly for 2 weeks when it was on mobile.de for 15k Euros! That's some margin they're hoping to make, and good l...

Excellent detective work, Mr Jacks:) He's probably just toeing the throttle in excitement as he takes the pic, but I'll look out for that one. Jani, I take your point but can't really see myself poking at the interior of my new car with a screwdriver! Regardless, realistically speaking I'm not disco...

It's nice, but it's got wood - fussy, aren't I?! There's a lovely-looking black one on the same site for a few dollars more (sorry, don't know why this url's so long): http://uk.mobile.de/SIDmD3p9CPJ5ozgUbFjBvhloQ-t-vaNexlCsAsCsK%F3P%F3R~BmSB11LsearchPublicJ1098743670A2LsearchPublicD1100CCarX-t-vctp...

Power does not equal fun. I'd say that Audi lost its way some time ago - I haven't read a test that was particularly positive about an Audi's handling since the 20v Quattro.
This sounds to me like a step in the right direction, to be honest.

Thanks for the pointers, Pete. The car is Polar Silver, which looks much better - more distinctive - than I'd imagined. VAG parts look like they might be more than useful. One other thing, you know the button marked 'Diff' in the centre console? What does it do? Is it to lock the diff for snow or so...

So I've tried one, and it was ace! 80,000km, 15,000 euros - not the cheapest in mainland Europe by any means, but not that far off, either. The car felt really tight, like the mileage was genuine. Strong motor, good brakes, everything seems to work. In the past I've always bought the first car of an...

Hello,

I've driven at Folembray and it's a dear little circuit with some quite rapid sections. I smoked around in a 325i touring BMW, and imagine that an RS2 would be right at home around there.
I'd love to pop over (from Rouen) and say hi if I can find the time.
Ciao,

Thomas

Hi, With a baby on the way I've decided it's time I wised up and got hold of something a touch more practical than my beloved '73 365 Boxer. The 2-seater is thus to be auctioned at the end of the month, and I'm on the lookout for an example of what I consider to be the ultimate in hoonworthy tailgat...
