hi guys .
gearbox all sorted ,
they replaced the lot but it took them 8 days to complete .
listers stratford ,
coventry said work had to go there to be carried out , all sorted now and working perfectly ..oohhh for warranties.

i have been to coventry today and ........................wait for it ...............................they booked me in straight away for a gearbox repair ..................100% fast and reliable so far...................thanks for telling me about them ...............

i purchased it from stratford listers (vw)
but took it to worcester listers (audi) after them being recommended

thanks for the responses .
my rs4 is a 2000 year model .
i don't have a short shifter although i would like one fitted soon i think it may give the dealership an excuse to back out of any claim.
