Hi Mark
I was able to get a relief valve from a contact but unfortunatly didn't get a part no.
That went in yesterday and I've booked it into Audi for a hydraulic test.
Hopefully thats the last of it!!!
Cheers
Dave

Re: Power steering pump blown
Phoned my nearest Audi dealer up and the say that they can't get any internal parts of the pump, just the pump!
Did you get yours from an Audi dealer?

Re: Power steering pump blown
What sort of different options are there?
Are there different options for each model or literally does it only depend on what year etc it was made.
I'm asking this as there are 2 s2's for breaking on www.allaudi.co.uk but both are '91 3B's

Re: Power steering pump blown
I've found out that there is a relief valve in the system, in the bomb, I'll attach a picture of the workings. I've sent off a request for prices of pump and bomb from All Audi. I'm going to change the bomb first as I don't think there is an internal relief valve in the pump itself, proccess of elim...

Power steering pump blown

When it happened twice I thought it could be a coincidence but now it's happened again. The first two ...

Hi Greg,
Do you know where I could get a new one and how much it would cost.
Cheers

Sticking speedo
I have just bought my first S2 and although I have a huge grin , the facia on the speedo dial is peeling slightly but enough for the speedo to catch on it. How do you get to this dial to stick it down again? It's annoying not knowing how fast I have gone yet! Ch...
