Ouch, I had something similar happen to the windscreen of my old car, some kids threw something off a motorway bridge, bang, hit windscreen in similar place and it shattered (See attached), pulled over called the police... Long story nothing happened, made a complaint later, found out 13people had c...

Hmmm Well I have been pushing the dealer a bit more, and surprisingly they have come up with a better deal (Price to change) HOWEVER I questioned them today about the 'Warranty' and asked them to fax me a copy of what was covered. I got 2 Pages : 1 - Audi Approved Guarantee - ALL COMPONENT COVER 1st...

The Car that I am looking at is I think 3.5yrs old Y registered so registered sometime between Mar 01 and End Aug 01, and they are putting the Warranty on it for 3.5 to 4.5 year on it in the price, the £1000 was for the 4.5 to 5.5yr time frame I would beleive. I had heard prices of under £1000, but ...

I disagree, and personally like the Rear View Auto Dimming mirror (If you wern't doing something silly you would not worry about the police :bash: ) I have had one in my last 2 cars and am looking for one in my next car (RS4) But seriously they are quite easy to retro fit (well they were on the old ...

[Q] Identifying Hard and Soft Rims.....
Hi All, My hunt for an RS4 is progressing at a rapid pace, and so far everything I need to know I think I have found out :) However, how do I find out which wheels are fitted (Hard or Soft?) the dealer says he does not know.... Are there any tell-tale external signs? Or is there something stamped on...

An aside... (Special Coulors and UK 400 examples etc)
Hi All,
Soooo there seems to be some differing opinion on colours and special colours...
In the UK there were 400 pre-sold cars (apparently) and we all know VAG UK set the spec.
So how many people actually imported RHD cars from Europe?
Did anyone?

[Q] Towbars and RS4's
I know it's a silly concept but I want to know if it is possible to fit a removeable Towbar to the RS4? I have had one on a MKIV Golf 1.8T and a Bora.
I don't want something that is permanent, as I only use it for the odd job.
