So to recap do I go directly into the connector or do I need to buy this adapter? Thanks for the translation! If I get the connector how does it break into the 54 pin connector? If not to get into the pins on the excisting unit what is needed? I guess the pins are all there and just need the soldere...

Found it!!! Go to http://www.tvwiz.net/navigation/index.html and it tells all in the tv tuner index! One slight problem is I don't speak german and am having some problems ordering the lead from the supplier in so much that I can't read the page!! Perhaps someone can help? Well spend all day at the dealers fixing an a8 tv system for them then turned my attention to my RS6 tv system. We took it out and found no connections on the rear or anywhere for that matter!!! It would seem that the multipin connector on the rear of the tuner is how you get video into the unit but...

Thanks for that!!! Was told by garage that the inputs were not on the box in the boot so I will have the screwdrivers out tomo. I know it sound really stupid not looking but had investigated an a8 unit at the garage and it had no inputs hence the assumption that none was on rs6. Will let you know! R...

AV inputs!
Have some limited info on connections for the satnav+ but would like to connect DVD to the AV input on the system on my RS6. Does anyone have any experiance of this? Can see that it needs to connect to the tuner in the boot but have only the RGB output pins on the wiring diagram that go to the head ...
