I am having to replace the temperature regulator flap motor on the airconditioning air box behind the dash. I have already removed the glove box and console and it looks a nightmare. does anyone know or have any info on how to remove the fan housing assembley?

Hi Rob. It was me that nearly copped it on the M40 cos of 245's, have a read of 'some info for you'. Like you have said, I you could fit 245's on the larger rim which would get rid of sidewall stress on the tyre.
