Hi Rob. It was me that nearly copped it on the M40 cos of 245's, have a read of 'some info for you'. Like you have said, I you could fit 245's on the larger rim which would get rid of sidewall stress on the tyre. That would leave you with a clearance problem, I had about 4mm between the inside front...

Rob mate. Get your tyres changed now! That cracking on the sidewall will result in your tyre departing from the wheel. When you get them changed inspect the sidewall corners and you will see that the tyre structure is split at the radius. It happened to me. read my 'some info for you'. I changed min...

Mine is at AMD as we speak for a new (M40 valve??!!) £ 40, and RR and 4 Wheel alignment. So far I am convinced to keep mine standard. By the way AMD dont do engine mods any more for RS2 if you dont know that already l. I am going to go for Konis at some point though. Do these come recommended by any...

I think a have confused myself. Ive got standard discs 308's not 322's like I said earlier. The p/n I listed are standard 928 dscs p/n P928.351.043.060 from any Porsche dealer. David. EBC is a swear word for me now. I had reds up front and greens on the back. I had bad over heat probs and uneven and...

Hi Robo. Yep, they were standard 322 OEM Porsche bits. I have fitted new Tyres discs and pads all round (ps. the handbrake is still <beep>) and It stops quick enough to make my missus dentures fly out her gob so thats good enough for me. The larger discs you may be considering wont make the car stop...

To Mod or not to Mod.? that is the question.

I am sort of considering a few engine mods to my RS2. At the moment it is running sweet and looking as good as the factory intended and keeps pissing Impreza drivers off, so I love it. So, can anyone who has modified theres tell me wether it is worth it? I dont want to lose the characteristics of th...

His name is Graham. Hes is the parts bloke at The Porsche Centre, Swindon. 01793 429 149. If you go there and collect your bits, pretend your rich and take a test drive in a 911 or Boxter. I did, and you will appreciate your RS2 even more. Dont tell him I said that though.
