It would be good to understand what makes this one loosen while the other three stay tight without sag in the doors.

Sagging Door
I have a sagging drivers door. When I tighten the grub screw on the top hinge it seems to fix it most of the way. Problem is the grub screw comes loose again rather quickly. All other doors are perfect and their grub screws are tight. If anyone is able to shed light on the matter it would appreciate...

Make no mistake, full synthetic oil is the only and best way to go for a clean engine and longevity. Whilst the brand is less important (I will only use Mobil 1 0-40) the viscocity is paramount. Overhead cams, turbo engines with intricate valve-trains need to run between 30-40 viscosity to flow free...

Thanks S2 Revo suggest the FPR upgrade as an inferior alternative to larger injectors to help the injectors keep up at the top end. I cannot get to MRC for a remap from Australia, and no one here has done any reliable development work with these cars - only 50 came DownUnder! Hence I must resort to ...

Fuel Pressure Regulator
Hi All
I am looking to upgrade to a 5bar FPR prior to a re-map. Can anyone here recommend a decent item to fit the RS4 - preferably a non-adjustable item?

Dip-stick needs replacement
Guys The plastic tip on my dip-stick is fractured, so I thought I'ld change it before I have plastic in my sump. Does anyone know if the S4 and RS4 dipsticks are the same (ie. interchangeable) ? I haven't checked with the stealers yet, but suspect there will be a massive price difference - even if t...

A few week ago I fitted a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 2. Categorically and without a doubt they are the 'Duck's Nuts'. I haven't tracked it yet, but around street corners I fly and it won't unstick - I am scared to think what entry speeds these will need before they unstick !!! They are equally impr...

Body Computer Sequence
I previously owned a B5 1.8TQ sedan and was able to obtain the code on the airconditioning controls that would convert the digital display to an accurate speedo reading - ie. with out the deliberate error built into the analog speedo. I believe the sequence code is available in the workshop manual. ...

Thanks guys. This has to be the most informative and useful thread I have seen regarding exhaust for the B5 RS4. Would have to conclude the Supersprint is the way to go for performance improvements without compromise. That is a nice note out the back - where it should be - and not in the cabin! Thes...
