Or purchase a set of decent rods, there was a Euro spec set for sale on here a while back, at a nice price. you will be safe over 550ps all day long with the standard block. as the person said above, just go for for straight RS6 turbos.

These http://www.vag-tuner.com/acatalog/copy_ ... _audi.html are excellent diverters, we have tested these over a period of time, removed them and done a manual PSI check, they held rock solid. My friend ran thenm for over 30000mls

They look a lot like RS4 ones but without the pre-cat are they the same size?

Snadge,
I don't think the standard manifolds are that bad, with a little porting and reweld, a lot of power has been seen.
The main problem is the pre cat and the cats. get yourself a fully cleaned out RS4 downpipe, with no pre, main cats. for the money you cant go wrong.

Re: MRC oil cooler.
Was going to report on getting my car back with impressions on the latest mods but got carried away with a ring trip, and Doug's doing the remap this week for the manifolds so not much to go on really, other than the oil cooler. Awesome bit of kit! I was amazed at how much it keeps the temps down, ...

ZeroK66, BBS CH's - nicest wheel setup by far. Good work. As you say even saving 3KG per wheel. I would still pick the CH's. Darn I need a set. no chance the leggra is a better wheel in IMO, look at the cars in the pictures, they are riding well high on 18" the yellow car looks like it is on 19" to...
