Re: Exhaust options: more "growl" but not too loud?
I've done the same as Sonny, i did have a non res valved Milltek but it was too Loud and angry sounding, which after a week was enough for me. I now have the Milltek sports cats along with the OEM system, an air filter improved the sound a little more. To my ears the car sounds perfect now, louder t...

Re: Difficulty getting into gear???
I had something very similar a couple of weeks ago, just could not get it into any gear unless I turned the engine off, then it would slip in easy. At first as already suggested here it was thought that it just needed bleeding, the brakes and clutch would both be affected by this. Unfortunately for ...

Re: Ok, now I really am really getting old
Ive done the same Sonny, had the full milltek with sports cats but it was too much, ended up keeping the sports cats and putting the original exhaust back on. Its a nicer sound to my ears too yet still perfectly capable of turning heads

Re: Flickering headlight
Yes, I have the same problem, when it went to be serviced they said its either bulb or control unit, they swapped the bulbs round, the bulb still flickers but on the left hand side now ruling out the control unit

Re: RS4 B7 Brake Discs / pads
Hi, the next time my disks need replacing I would probably go for the LOBA alternative, they are competitively priced, notably lighter than standard too http://www.loba-motorsport.com/en/produ ... sc-upgrade

Re: Drc issues- car booked in
Well I collected my car from Bexley Audi on Friday and I couldnt be happier, both front shocks replaced along with 2 accumalators (I think thats what they called them) Free of charge, there were some other items they did free of charge too, all i had to do was pay for the labour, the car feels so mu...

Re: Drc issues- car booked in
Well my car has gone in, the chap I spoke to mentioned about the 5 year/75000 mile good will gesture for the DRC, I am well under with the miles at 43k but the car is 6 years old. They were going to call Audi and see where I stood with regards to that, they mentioned that it sometimes works that the...

Re: Milltek vs stock
I originally went for the Milltek Non Res Valved and the Milltek 100 cell Cats, this combination was way too loud for me and I wasnt so keen on the tone either, I ended up putting the standard exhaust back on but kept the 100 cell cats, this with a sports filter produces a harder better sound louder...

Re: Drc issues- car booked in
I agree you've done OK there Brett, if i get a result like that I would be pleased - mine goes in for a service this Thursday at Bexley Audi, I've mentioned the possible DRC problems, they are going to do an inspection and go from there - I did ask the chap if he is aware of the well documented DRC ...

Re: Drc issues- car booked in
I am in the same boat, knock from the front particularly reversing on lock, car is due its MOT end of this month and I am dreading the bad news from my local Audi dealer when they tell me the extent of any DRC related problems, i suspect the DRC issues will mean the car fails its MOT. The car was on...

Re: AST Coilover ** Group buy**
I could be, I think I might be experiencing the dreaded DRC problems so it depends what my local dealer say when it goes in for a service in a couple of weeks, if its going to be an expensive job then this may be a good/better alternative
