To the best of my knowledge, Audi only look at base specs for GFV, so the options added would equate to jack-shit sadly

I think I'll bite the bullet and give them a go. The car isn't going to be with me much longer so why not try them eh!

From what i can see (from searching), no one has used / tried the EBC redstuff pads. £195 plus EBC's previous rep (to my knowledge at least) would suggest this isnt a bad option. Anyone have a view?

Just a tad! The standard is made of paper, so airflow through it is dire in comparison. There are charts out there stating what volume of air is pulled through from manu's vs stock, but I don't recall where now. Give a high-reving, cramped, hot running V8 more air and it's going to be happier. Not 1...

Cant see how. My dealer has never questioned it. The paper filter audi fit is a bag of <beep> anyway.....
