OK guys I'm prepared to have a serious look at manufacturing CF parts for our cars but I want some accurate feedback on quantities, just how far to go with the design and to outline some concerns I have. The wish list seems to be: - Rear diffuser - Front Splitter - Airbox - Wing Mirrors - Seat Backs...

Not sure if this is the same issue but when pushing hard, I get the hesitation after gear change. i.e. car pulls hard through second to say 7-8k, change to third, release the clutch and the engine hesitates for about 0.5-1 second then starts pulling hard again in third. I feels like the ESP has come...

Does anyone have photos or drawings showing the internal layout/baffles in the standard rear mufflers?

New Tyres - Sumitomo HTR ZIII
I decided to fit Sumitomo HTR ZIII in 275/30-19 (96Y) to replace the P-Zero. Stock rims, no spacers. Fits perfectly and no rubbing. I'm overall VERY happy with the tyre. Quiet, smooth and more overall grip than the P-Zero. There does seem to be a 'slight' squidgy feel on change of direction as the t...

- The car was sold as having 307Kw (414bhp). As such this is the minimum the car should produce. I wasn't sold a car with a toleranced power rating of 307Kw +-15%. - The car was stated as having specific 1/4mile and 0-100 times. Again these figures weren't toleranced so every car should be able to a...

I've had no problem with the wider tyres so far and it certainly feel nice on the road. On the track, it was a bit strange, probably too much grip or my pressure was too high, the car was skipping/vibrating over the surface around corner rather than sliding/squealing. Hi Ozr, it seems strang that y...

I had the same here. The problem started after Audi updated software to 0080 and was REALLY noticable. Floor it and the WHOLE intersection was covered in 'rich fuel black smoke'. It was like driving a 20year old bus! 0080 also gave problems with accel pedal travel to throttle change... i.e. what you...
