Re: Rs6 vs Mercedes e63s wagon
I also tested the E63S Estate two weeks ago and have to admit that the interior was out of this world - not sure on the looks outside and how it compares to the RS6. I'm guessing the interior on the RS6 is looking dated compared to this. Only driven the RS6 on one of Audis track days and that was ar...

Re: RS6 Performance - Fully Loaded Still Worth Buying?
I've gone back to the dealer and given him a challenge in terms of what I want to pay and the monthly payments - I'll let you know. Oracle Finance seems to always offer better balloons but you don't have the option of giving it back with them

Re: RS6 Performance - Fully Loaded Still Worth Buying?
I totally agree the issue is I've done that in the past and within less than two months regretted it and ended up getting rid of the car early because it didn't have everything I wanted on it.

Re: RS6 Performance - Fully Loaded Still Worth Buying?
Mate, I have an identical spec to the one you are ordering... I paid £96k top line Had £9k deposit contribution after that. (Squeezed and squeezed them). Put in £10k cash Payments are £900 ish per month. And guaranteed £45k at the end of 4 years not 3 years. Which is drastically different to what y...

Re: RS6 Performance - Fully Loaded Still Worth Buying?
I've spoken to Audi and the Balloon payment is based on the std price of the car and does not take in to account any options added. They said that 40% of the value of the options is what they would expect at the end of the 4 year but no guarantee. Potentially adds 15K back on the car making it sligh...

Re: RS6 Performance - Fully Loaded Still Worth Buying?
You could argue that the value would be more than the balloon payment after 4 years but no guarantee especially as the new model will be out by then.

Re: RS6 Performance - Fully Loaded Still Worth Buying?
That's the dilemma I have at the moment although I haven't ordered yet. Whatever way you look at it - its going to cost near 15-20K per year in depreciation. Issue is what else is out there.

After discount - the car I built was close on to £120K before discount. Dealer is offering £17K off with Audi PCP Finance.

Re: RS6 Performance - Fully Loaded Still Worth Buying?
That's a polite way of saying it. Whilst it is a great car - a drop of that size over 4 years is too much to stomach. £10K per year I can live with but near on 20 is way too much. So what else is recommended? Didn't like the Panamera. Dare I say VW Golf Type R Estate - fully loaded £42K discounted o...

Re: RS6 Performance - Fully Loaded Still Worth Buying?
Have you actually been able to place an order? It's closing or closed so you may find you're limited anyway. Nice spec, but a depreciation special. Looking to order this week - got a very good price from local dealer via Car Wow. For £103K car - the balloon after 4 years is £37K so assume the worse...

Re: RS6 Performance - Fully Loaded Still Worth Buying?
Isn't the RS version normally a couple of years behind the A6 or do you mean RS6 will be out next year?
