picking my new saloon up on saturday, read various threads with info about what to have done prior delivery ie rs4 logo on satnav but was bit confused about wjether was 'double locking' or was it 'double bleep' on locking with remote. appreciate if someone could clarify

anyone get any photos of daytona grey saloon with black optics and daytona grey with silver recaros. put my deposit down for black with black optics but dealer was trying to swap cars and the other one got sold. new black ones no very scarce - help appreciated

just bought a new saloon, managed to get basically what i wanted option wise but as its had to by a stock car rather than spec exactly how i wanted ended up with couple of things i wouldnt actually have bothered with (rear blinds and cooled glove box). managed to get just under 4pct discount.

only problem with c63amg is no manual option, test drove an m5 before decided on the rs4 and decided defintely still want to use my left foor

its because of noise regs for new cars, they have to be able to travel at a certain speed at a max decibel level

thanks, so presumably their is an overide to the solenoid between 1-3500 revs but if you can disconect the solenoid then valves will be open all the time or closed all the time?

going off track a bit but where do they get their depreciation figures from for the rs4 in the autocar article - sub 30,000 after one yaer??? i am looking to buy one at the moment but even with retail mark up that means i should be able pick a year old model up for about 33,000 tops, if anyones got ...
