Little red 'airbag' light came on last night..

... and won't go away.

Anyone had this before? And more importantly - how much is it going to cost me!?

Also - can anyone tell me roughly how much a new windscreen is likely to cost, or recommend me somebody who'll do a perfect job but not charge dealer prices?

Thanks,

Re: my car is too slow!

.. mine now booked into QSTuning for next tuesday. I'm not dropping oil, there's no smoke on startup and I can only hear the turbos with the window open (although they are easily heard) - so hopefully I've only got an air leak somewhere. If that's the case I'm treating me baby to a short shifter and...

Re: my car is too slow!

Thanks for your suggestions... I have noticed a little smoke on startup, but no detectable whine at present (will check later tonight though). Do you have any contact details for QS Tuning? I've had a quick scan on the web and can't find anything. Like I said, having an expert certify that things ar...

Re: my car is too slow!

Just accessed the site after a long break without internet - and found I have exactly the same concerns as Andy, and also exactly the same timings through the gears (7.4 secs 50 - 70 in 6th). It was a mate's S3 along a motorway slip-road that started me worrying - only a 215bhp version, but it was d...

Servicing recommendations

Apologies for posting this on the wrong board - but getting the right service is pretty important to me, and this board seems to get the most hits (besides - next car will definitely have an 'R' in its name, so that counts for something, eh?!) Hi there, Last October I became the proud owner of a Qua...

S4 service in South London, Bristol or Berkshire?

Have posted the following on several message boards with little luck so far. Can anyone here help? Thanks! Hi there, Last October I became the proud owner of a Quartz grey S4 – and very lovely it is too. However, now it needs a service – and seeing how well the last owner cherished it, I’m keen to g...
