No they are bog standard turbos just bigger. If you are talking about the new VTG turbos as found on the new 997 they are way to big to be fitted in the already packed engine back of a RS4. That article had an obvious typo - MTM made 602bhp at 6,800 rpm. 2 other companies have also done 600bhp+ with K16/24 turbos. Autospeed are claiming 600 US hp for their GT25 Garrett kit. Cost and lag are real issues here! did MTM not get a green RS4 to around 580 with bigger turbos and minimal extra...

Any body done this? I want to fit a double din aftermarket Sat Nav and also update the centre console. Thoughts?

Guys - it does not say he has had them powder coated, just that they ARE powder coated. I have my S4 currently being prepared using genuine K16/K24 hybrids with water cooled bearing housings, AWE tubular manifolds, 3" DP's. There are 2 choices of K16/24 turbo - MTM used the one with slightly larger turbine housing but I have gone for the 550bhp version in the interests of lag. Just get...
