Re: RS 6 plate: R5 SYX
Price way too low, price it higher if it's a good 'un. A cheap price would probably put people off as they will wander 'what could be wrong with it'? There's nothing wrong with it, I've been trying to sell it for months with no interest, I had one bloke come and look at it and just some idiots offe...

David I've just returned from a trip down to the Dordougne, beautiful scenary and some amazing opportunities to overtake stacks of traffic in the blink of an eye. Hi Viz vests is still a bit vague, madatory for driver, advisary for all passengers. I fitted some of those horrible light deflector. pas...

RE: Re: RE: ATF change - Proving the garage wrong
Update (sorry, Ive been snowed under with work) - I phoned the garage and put it to them as politely as possible that they hadn't done the job properly; they admitted so much. they said bring it in and we'll try again.... and 1 day later I get a call saying come and pick it up. I said "Is it fixed?...

ATF change - Proving the garage wrong
After chattting to Grizz and reading threads on gearbox fuild changes, I think the garage (not an Audi stealer unfortunately) changed mine has been negligent in not running the engine whilst refilling the fluid. I'm looking for any evidence I can take to them to prove they've facked up gearbox Does ...

Replacing the spark plugs
After some advice after a £300 quote from my 'favourite' 'friendly' Audi dealership for spark plug replacement. 2 questions really; Is it easy to DIY (I'm reasonably practical)? Secondly, what are the options on spark plugs; from cheap to high performance? (Sorry if this topic has been previously di...

Niggling points - Plastic deterioration and Engine Mgt light
My RS has some particular unsightly plastic wear, especially on the aircon 'temp down' button but also around the driver's door handle. It looks as though the previous owner had some hand cream or mucky fingers that has attacked the veneer. Anyone else seen this problem and have a solution? I looked...

Liam Said I'd get back when I knew more about the grinding sound - My RS has gone in again with the same noise. It happens when the car is first started and at low speeds (~20mph) when I turn the steering wheel. Audi are looking at it at the mo and initial diagnosis suggests a problem with the power...
