Gotcha...didn't realize manifolds should have been on my list. In short, you're saying that k04's aren't a straight bolt on for pre-facelift manifolds, but will they fit? I don't have the coin right now to fit a different set and the pass. side is already completely mounted.

Yes, the manifolds are prefacelift...please tell me you've seen problems like this on pf manifolds so I know I'm not alone on this one

I don't get it...I must not have an oe part, it is a k04-025 for the driver side...I solved the coolant line, had to notch the mounting point on the hot side where it bolts to the exhaust manifold just slightly. Alright, I finally compiled all the parts to K04 my car, and I'm having one issue after another with the fitment on the driver's side turbo... A few things, I am in the US, several times these items haven't sold because of my location. I'm reducing the prices now, willing to take less than ever so shipping shouldn't be a concern anymore, this stuff must go, my credit card bill is getting too high so this stuff must go to pay for it.

The K03's are used, 80k on the, I originally planned to have them rebuilt as a spare, but other expenses are preventing that so I'm willing to let them go at a bargain.

Lol I had a feeling that would be the general consensus. Sadly the K03's had just went out a little over a month ago and I just couldn't quite afford to jump to K04's so it's on fresh K03's now since I found a set cheap. I like to do the reliability mods before the power mods to protect my investmen...
