Hi Dave, glad you got it sorted! dont know position of the MAF, but on the Porker it's a big problem if you use Filters that need oiled, The MAF sensor picks up a greasy film which in turn gives false readings! Anyway, I still have my problem with lack of boost, it's in the Porsche garage at the mom...

Hi Dave I know where you are coming from regarding rippin your hair out! It ain't funny and very frustrating, but you will get it fixed in the end, i'm sure! Are ECU's interchangable for testing only? One thing for sure it ain't a boost problem causing a boost fault, I would say it's definate electr...

Re: RE: BOOST PRESSURE LEAK!!!
Umm....this really shouldn't be here...why not try the Porsche Forums ? - having said that, surely PSI (whoever they are) are responsible for ensuring your car is ready/healthy before they re-flash it and potentially make things worse. Hi Dave Yip! I know i'm pushin my luck a little with this one, ...

BOOST PRESSURE LEAK!!!
Hi Guys Hopefully you could leave this up just for the day as this could also be helpful to RS4 Turbo's with similar problems. I have a 996TT Tip, my boost reading has always been 0.5 and never above, I never thought anything about it as I have never had the ECU flashed and most Turbo's read between...

Hi chaps, someone call? :) The depreciation is a bitch aint it? Did help me to get 8 grand knocked off the price of a brand new one though. Glad I was never on a waiting list for this. There were a good few cancelled orders at the time, and BMW made the cardinal error of flooding the market with al...
