RS6+ pedals were the best option, and you should be able to get them and install them.

I recently had loud tapping at idle upon starting the engine, which I had never seen before. In most cases it is just the oil being used is not RS6 engine friendly, causing a cold lifter tick. I believe the RS6+ stock springs give you a 10mm lower ride height. May not seem like much but should still give you a nice stance.

I replaced mine with 5400K Osram Xenarc. They were slightly better white than the stock 4300K. They have been great and working for many years now. Hope I did not jinx myself.
