I have the same problem when cold, and once the car is warm it goes away.

Mine has been fine and the car has now covered over 20k, the only thing i would say is it is a little juddery on gear changes when cold.

The system is non-resonated, non valved and i believe that the cats are 100 cell but i am not sure. ( is there a way i can find out!).
