I have found a car that ticks all the right boxes except it does not have the sat nav. Can the factory kit be retro fitted?

Hi guys, first post here. After much deliberation I have come to the conclusion I need an RS4. Not one for being shy or retiring I am on the look out for a yellow one, only troubleis there does not seem to be many about. Does anyone have any links or contacts that can point me in the right direction...
