Re: Wheel bolts.
Thank you Alex and bilco1 for your comments.
Yes I reckon the Le Mans alloys will be perfect.
Dropped the car off at the body Shop this morning.
Hopefully get it back on Friday.
When I collected the alloys , I reversed into a old rusty shelving unit.
Broke the right hand headlight and scratched the bumper. Plus a small dent on the boot lid.
You will probably need to enlarge the above photo to see the bumper scratches.
Lots of swearing. In a crap mood all day.
So getting all that sorted. Plus small paint bubbling on the offside rear wheel arch to repair (rust).
New light already fitted. See above photo.
Photo below shows the slightly scratched bumper and broken rear light.
Thankfully the damage was very minor.
Alloys plus TPMS sensors and original wheel bolts will be fitted 30/05/24.

Just in case we didn’t know. It’s a V8
It made us smile.

Re: Wheel bolts.
Hi Ben. Really pleased the bumper is off. Looks like it’s going to have a proper job done.
If all goes to plan I might get the car back later today.
If not then tomorrow for sure.

Re: Wheel bolts.
All done and we have been reunited.
Just the alloys to go on next week.
Looking at the above photo, I need to polish the exhaust pipes.
Also. I cannot fit the wheel arch and skirt PPF yet.
The PPF instructions state that new paint should be at least 3 week old, to harden before you fit the PPF.

Re: Wheel bolts.
Collected the wheel bolts from the garage today.
They are the right two piece bolts.
They were advertised with the wrong part number.

CheeRS Topman.
We got there in the end.
They also paid for return postage costs (£17:50) and gave me a tenner for being messed about.
Will be installing them on Friday.

Re: Wheel bolts.
Any idea why each wheel bolt has holes in the heads.
Re: Wheel bolts.
Aesthetics. Possibly.
