Valuation - B7 RS4

Toying with changing so looking for input into a valuation, appreciate it's subjective, it's worth what someone will pay etc etc. I've owned it for almost 7 years with all work done by MRC and I've not shied away from spending money when it's needed, the receipts file is almost £60k.

2007 Daytona avant, 127k miles, 5 previous keepers
KW v3 in 2020 after the inevitable DRC failure
Sports+ suspension
New rear discs and pads last year
New oil cooler last year
Ceramics on the front
MRC stage 2 and manifold de-flapped
Miltek - valved non-res I think
Just had (another) no advisory MOT
Next service will be a minor one
Carbon inlays, black interior
Wingbacks
FBSW

What it needs:
Wheels refurbed
there's a mark in the leather on the driver's seat
It's due another carbon clean
It would benefit from a good detail
