I think you may be a bit light on budget with your must haves.

I have had my eye on this one, it looks very clean though I am not a fan of the seats.

They are the best seats for a b5 it’s called hi tech they hold u like <beep> on a blanket had them in mine very popular in the rs4

Think you might struggle with a budget of £20k. And if you find one for £20k you'd probably only end up spending another few thousand to get it sorted any case. Or you could buy a well sorted one for £25-£30k. Unlikely to loose any money on it as prices seem to be going up quickly at the moment.
